The plant consists of a driving head and a tailstock (pneumatic or hydraulic) mobile on a pallet (with ground or wall configuration) whose useful light depends on the size of the product to be welded.
The welding part can be installed on a moving carriage on a beam or in a fixed position on the motorized head and/or tailstock.
NCMM produces a wide range of models with useful light up to 6000 mm and different configurations to be able to embrace all the production needs of customers.
Each plant is managed by numerical control, with one or more axes depending on the model and accessories, and is complete with PLC with color touch screen for easy management of all the operating parameters of the system.
The presence of USB and ETHERNET port allows an easy connection with the external (customer's corporate network) for interfacing with welding units, loading/unloading of work programs and teleassistance service.
